This page states exactly what we sell, what it costs, and what happens after you pay.
1. What you are buying
Varunsh OS TV is a digital subscription service providing access to live television channels, movies and shows through our applications on TV and mobile devices, and through this website. You are buying time-limited access to a service, not a physical product and not permanent ownership of any content.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). The amount shown at checkout is the total amount that will be debited. We do not add handling, processing or convenience fees.
3. Currency
All transactions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR). If your card is issued outside India, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and a foreign transaction fee, which we neither set nor receive.

5. Device limits and add-ons
One subscription is tied to one mobile number and permits one TV device and one mobile device at a time. Attempting to use a second TV or a second phone on the same subscription is refused, and the app tells you which device currently holds the slot.
You may add further devices at ₹50 per device per billing period, up to 8 additional devices of each type. Web playback in a browser uses your mobile device slot. You can release a device and move to a new one from Account → Devices.
6. Delivery of the service
Because this is a digital service, delivery is immediate and electronic. There is no physical shipment, no shipping charge and no delivery address.

At checkout you choose your platform (Android TV, Fire TV, Samsung, HiSense, mobile or web) and we give you the correct installation route for it.
7. Renewals
Plans do not auto-renew unless you explicitly enable it. Where auto-renewal is enabled, we charge the same amount at the end of each period and you can turn it off at any time before the renewal date from Account. Renewing early extends your existing expiry date rather than replacing it, so no paid time is lost.
8. Free trial
The 7-day trial requires a verified mobile number and no payment method. One trial per mobile number, ever. The trial does not convert to a paid plan automatically — you will not be charged unless you choose a plan.
9. Price changes
We may change prices for future purchases. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for. If a recurring price changes, we will tell you before the next charge and you may cancel.
10. Refunds
Covered separately in our refund & cancellation policy — in short, a full refund within 7 days if you are not satisfied.
