Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and AI Mastery Edu (“Varunsh”, “we”) for your use of Varunsh OS TV. By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you accept them.

1. The service

Varunsh OS TV is a software application and aggregation service that indexes and presents publicly accessible live television streams and media metadata, and provides playback, search and recommendation tools across TV, mobile and web.

We are an aggregator and technology provider. We do not own, host, broadcast or control the third-party streams and catalogues that the service indexes. Availability of any particular channel or title varies by region and can change or disappear without notice, and that alone is not a service failure.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• Accounts are identified by a verified mobile number. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure.
• One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated free trials is a breach of these terms.
• You must give accurate information and keep it current.

3. Subscriptions and device limits

A subscription is personal and for household use. It is bound to your mobile number and permits:

• One (1) TV device — Android TV, Fire TV, Samsung Tizen or HiSense Vidaa
• One (1) mobile device — Android or iOS; browser playback uses this slot

Registering a second device of either type is refused by the service. You may either release the device currently holding the slot, or purchase additional device capacity at the price stated on our pricing page. Excessive device switching may be rate-limited to prevent account sharing.

Reselling, sharing or sublicensing your account is prohibited and is grounds for termination without refund.

4. Payment

Prices, taxes, currency and delivery are set out in our pricing & delivery policy. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we never store your full card details. You authorise us and our payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout.

Refunds and cancellation are governed by our refund & cancellation policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Modify, decompile, repackage or tamper with our applications, or bypass our subscription, device-binding or integrity checks.
• Use automated tools to scrape, mirror or redistribute content or metadata obtained through the service.
• Run the service on emulators, rooted or jailbroken devices for the purpose of circumventing controls.
• Resell access, share credentials, or use the service for public or commercial exhibition.
• Use the service unlawfully, or to infringe anyone's rights.

Our applications perform automated integrity checks. Devices detected as tampered may be blocked, and repeat or deliberate circumvention will result in termination without refund.

6. Advertising

Free and ad-supported tiers display advertising served by Google AdMob and Google AdSense. Paid subscriptions are ad-free. Advertising is subject to Google's policies, and our privacy policy explains what data this involves.

7. Intellectual property

The Varunsh applications, interfaces, branding and software are ours or our licensors'. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for their intended purpose. Nothing here transfers ownership.

Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners. If you believe material indexed by the service infringes your rights, contact our grievance officer and we will act promptly.

8. Service availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, upstream source failures, network conditions and events beyond our control can interrupt the service. Where the service is materially unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may claim a pro-rated credit or refund under our refund policy.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is engaged in fraud or piracy, or where required by law. Where we terminate for a breach you did not commit, we refund the unused portion of your subscription.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Changes

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by SMS at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept, you may cancel and request a pro-rated refund of the unused period.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to approach a consumer forum available to you under Indian consumer protection law.
